Restart a Heart Day is on Sunday 16th October. Each year, St John organisations train more than 1.2 million people worldwide in first aid and other health activities.

She realised he was in cardiac arrest, began CPR while another witness got a defibrillator.
Within five minutes they had managed to restart Stewart's heart.
